Returns must be received within 7 days of the first attempted delivery in new, unworn, condition with cards in original paper bags.  

Please send a tracking number when you ship back your order.  

All sales are final sale after 7 days, orders received after 7 days will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. 

Please note that the original purchase price will be refunded less the shipping cost.  

Made to order pieces will only be exchanged for credit to spend on another item. Therefore, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase with any size related questions. The shipping cost of the chosen piece with this credit will be covered by the buyer. The first shipment is free unless otherwise specified. The cost of the return must be borne by the buyer. The cost of a second shipment for product change must be assumed by the buyer.

If you are purchasing a made to order item with an in stock item, the order will ship when the made to order item is ready.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not fit within our policies.


Usually orders arrive withing a week but sometimes it can take up to 6-7 weeks to arrive, we are not responsible for customs delays.

We ship Monday to Friday. 

International buyers please note we fill out our customs forms accurately with the full value of the item listed on the form.

We are not responsible for customs or duties for your package.
