We are an artisanal and sustainable brand.

Sustainability not only implies the use of natural fibers, local suppliers and our own local facility but also producing without surpluses and only what is requested.

When we receive an online sale an exclusive and unique process is put into motion to create that piece. Nothing makes us happier than doing our job knowing to whom each piece is destined. We hope that whoever acquires one of our pieces feels our commitment to it.

Returns must be processed within 7 days of the first attempted delivery in new, unworn, condition with tags in original packaging.

Please send a tracking number when you ship back your order.

All sales are final sale after 7 days.

Orders returned after 7 days will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that the original purchase price will be refunded. If the returned product creates any customs charge in the return process this will be reduced from the refund.

The cost of the return must be borne by the buyer.

The cost of a second shipment for product exchange must be assumed by the buyer.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not fit within our policies.


Please keep in mind that once you place an order we will start producing that piece.

We send the product within the 5 working days of the purchase.

Usually orders arrive within a week but sometimes it can take longer. We are not responsible for customs delays.

We ship Monday to Friday.

International buyers please note that we fill out our customs forms accurately with the full value of the item listed on the form.

We are not responsible for customs or duties for your package.
